sorry I've not been so good about posting
things have gotten more than a bit hectic over here
we're doing spring cleaning & getting ready for a tagsale as soon as we have a sunny weekend - hopefully that will happen soon
plus the annual pot luck bbq is quickly coming so while we've been out cleaning the yard I twisted my ankle (but thankfully not badly) rushing & not looking where I was walking - sorta kinda fell but not fully silly me... thankfully no one was there to see me almost fall

Oh I know it may only be water weight but hey to lose any weight while doing work around the house is a good thing & is getting me kinda hopeful & motivated to get a bit more serious about getting into shape considering my limitations.
