It really does matter upon the customer service from the Local Business, Do they give me those nice extras or do they only treat me like the lousy customer service at a discount store? If they go that extra mile & treat me better than the discount store I'll pay for "the service" but if not then I go where my dollar gets the most bang for the dollar
