Here on the East Coast we got our "White Christmas a day late.
Blizzard 2010 named Winter Storm Adrianne started on Dec 26th & is winding down today for snow fall but the winds are still blowing at almost 1pm & the news says there are still 20k people which are without power
Most state offices, colleges & the few schools that were open are either closed or have an opening time of noon or later. Some of the Kwanzaa events that were scheduled for the Hartford area for yesterday were postponed but it does seem that the events scheduled for tonight are going ahead as planned but do plan ahead because most cities still have parking bans in place so you'll want to get in one of the many parking garages or take a cab & not worry about parking.
